Peterson. Mrs. Arlow Wollen, George Isaac and Mr. and Mrs. George Isaac, Jr., attended church services" and a basket dinner at Cedar Hill church Sunday when Rev. M. Stevens of Springfield preached his last .sermon before retiring from the ministry. Rev. Stevens was a former pastor at Cedar Hill where he had preached his iirst sermon 30 years ago and it was his desire to preach his final sermon in the same place. They came to attend the wedding of Marilyn Wehrman and Ray mond Mathis at the Trinity Lutheran church Sunday after noon. South Ashland Olsen-Whitlatch Families Have Picnic Reunion The Olsen and Whitlatch families had a reunion and pic nic at Havelock Sunday. Those of the Olsen family attending were the mother, Mrs. Chris tine Olsen of Bethany, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Olsen and Leroy of Elkhorn, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lefler of Boulder, Colo., Mr. and Mrs. Fred Larson of Beaver Crossing. S. zoods was exported to the Soviet in 1951 and that shipments to Communist China consisted of only "a few books," which cost $181. McCarthy, 44, was picked up by police aft ter his car had struck 12 parked cars in one block. McCarthy was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, careless and reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and de stroying city property.
