Gess was administrator and Paul Fauquet attorney for the estate. Final hearing in the Fannie Frisbee estate was held in coun ty cqyrt. Clements and Clem ents are attorneys and Dwignt Clements, administrator. Tom J. Kinsella of Omaha and Charles Smith of Louisville were fined $10 each in county court on a charge of reckless driving. Charges were filed by Bernard Patton, game warden. Order allowing restraining or der, child support and temporary alimony was signed by District Judge Virgil Falloon in action brought by Clara L. Vogler against Alvin H. Vogler. Edith M. Wiles was granted a divorce decree from Lowell C. Wiles in district court Wednes day. She was awarded custody of one minor child, child sup port and a property settlement. Order to show cause why li cense for sale of real estate by Administrator Leo Finkle should not be granted filed in the estate of Anna M. Hargus. Order to show cause why li cense for sale of real estate by ; Administrator James Begley not be granted filed in estate of ; James W. Horn. j Defendant order to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for failing to pay child support filed in action of Helen Curtis against Lester Curtis. By agreement of counsel jury waived and judgment for $300 awarded in the damage appeal brought in district court by Rob ert E. Sedlak against Walt Si kora. Trial set for hearing May 21 in the appeal damage action of Andrew O. Moore against Dan Crouse. Damage appeal from justice of peace court set for hearing May 22 in action of Ervin L. Rapp vs. Dale Philpot. Gilbert Fornoff vs. Cass coun ty, appeal disallowance, passed by agrement to next term. State vs. Lloyd Jacks and Or rin T. Fasnacht, possession of vurelar tools, appearance April 10 by agreement of counsel. State vs. Marvin Deaver, fail ure to pay child support, dis missed by county attorney and refusal to pay child support ac tion filed. Trial set for April 10 in the action of the State vs. L. G. Oakes on a charge of insuffi cient funds. Walter Mason changed his plea from not guilty to guilty to a charge of insufficient funds and was paroled to the Seward Chief of Police for one year by District Judge Virgil Falloon of Falls City. Trial set for April 10 in dis trict court against George Troop on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. By agreement of counsel, case of the State vs. Lawrence A.
