Ernest Laughlin and others, filed on September 18, 1951, a petition to vacate the road described therein and hereinafter set forth, and, WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the vot ers living within two miles of said road, and not living in a village or city, said majority be ins more than ten electors re siding within five miles of said road and said petitioners con senting to and petitioning for the vacation of said road, and, WHEREAS, C.
