Avera Red Cross Will Meet At Avoca Executive board meeting of the Cass County Chapter of the Am erican Red Cross met Tuesday at Plattsmouth with Walter Smith. Plans were made for the annual meeting on July 23 at Avoca. The Neumeister and Stone school districts had a joint meeting Monday evening. They plan to. consolidate districts and move the Neumeister close to O street. Elmer Wessel, John Baier. Harry Neumeister were elected to serve on the board. Mrs. Robert McDonald and son returned home from the hospital Thursday evening. Mrs. Dale Pummel and infant daughter returned home from the hospital Tuesday. An organ recital will be given Sunday evening at the Congre gational church. The public is invited to hear and see the new organ. Avoca evening. "(5) If pigs show signs of par asite infestation, such as fail ing to gain properly on good ra tions, treatment should be start ed promptly to avoid further waste of feed and time."
