Minutes of the last session ap proved, when the following busi ness was transacted in regular form: The Board of Commissioners approved the application of G. W. Ault of Cedar Creek for an "Off Sale" retail beer license. Motion was made by R. E. Norris and seconded by H. L. Bornemeier that a Resolution approving the deposit of $12 000.00 additional securities with Cass County by the Farmers State Bank of Avoca, Nebr., be approved. Carried.
