March 20. 1951 Board met pursuant to ad journment. Present Chairman W. F. Nolte; R. E. Norris and H. L. Bornemeier, County Com missioners, and W. J. B. McDon ald, County Clerk. Minutes of the last session and minutes of the Special ses sion were approved, when the following business was trans acted in regular form: The Board approved a Reso lution adding one (1) mile from tne Norm Section corner of Section 6, Township 10 north. Item No. 3 changed to read seven (7) miles 'of this road are Mail Route. The Original Resolution was passed March 6, 1951, adding this road to the Federal Sec ondary Highway System in Cass County. The Board of Commissioners received and approved the Va cation of Plat in part of the Town of Rock Bluff, Cass Coun ty, Nebraska. The same being filed in the office of the County Clerk. s RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, COMMISSIONER DISTRICT NO. 3, Cass County, Nebraska, needs a Tractor and Bulldozer for construction of roads in said District, we believe it to be to the best interest to secure such a machine. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE SOLVED that Cass County enter into a rental agreement with Lincoln Equipment Company, Lincoln, Nebraska, to rent a "Caterpillatf' D6 Tractor and 6S Bulldozer for a period com mencing this date and ending June 30, 1951. BORNEMEIER, Board of County Commissioners RESOLUTION: FOR COUNTY LEASE AGREE MENT, NEBRASKA. I, W. J. Bryan McDonald, County Clerk of Cass County, hereby certify that on the 20th day of March, 1951, the follow-! ing Resolution was adopted by the County Board of Cass Coun ty, in regular meeting assem bled: RESOLVED, that Cass County enter into a County Lease Agreement with the Nebraska Tractor & Equipment Company of 1516 Leavenworth Street, Omaha, Nebraska, for a period commencing on the 20th day of March, 1951, and ending on the 20th day of June, 1951, upon the terms and conditions contained in a proposed draft submitted and considered by the members at said meeting, and I further certify that the within County Lease Agreement was executed by the County Board at the County Court House of Cass County, and that the same was signed by a majority of the members of said County Board. I HEREBY FURTHER CERTI FY that the budget adopted by the County for the current year contains an appropriation for payment of the rentals due un der and pursuant to the within County Lease Agreement and that ;the' following, W. F. Nolte, R. E. Norris, H. L. Bornemeier are duly elected members of the County Board of said County and that a copy of the foregoing Lease was filed with me this 20th day of March at 10:30 o'clock at A.
