Sun. 2:30 Nights 7 & 9:15 St. John's Holy Week Services Conclude Sunday In nrenaration for the cele bration of the anniversary of the institution of tne Hoiy Eu charist on Holy Thursday, con fessions were heard on Wednes day in St. John's Chapel. Mass today at eight o'clock opened the Holy Thursday ceremonials. After mass the procession of the Most Blessed Sacrament took place to the altar of the Repos itory. After the procession the altars were stripped and throughout the day adorers are watching for an hour before the ripscpH sacrament. At 8:00 to night services close the day's adoration. Good Friday, Mass of the Pre sanrtifid will be said at 8:00 a m. followed by the veneration of the cross by tne laitniui. From 12:00 noon to 3:00. the hours of Christ's hanging from the cross, parishoners will visit the church to meditate and venerate the cross. Confessions will be heard Friday at 4:00 5:00 p. m. On Friday evening at 8:00 p. m. devotions and stations of the cross will be held. Saturday at 8:00 a. m. will take place the reading of the prophecies, Blessing of the new fire and baptismal iont ana Mass. Confessions will be heard Saturday from: 11:00-12:00. 2:00 -3:30, 4:00-5:30 and in the eve ning from 7:00-9:00. Easter day Masses are at 8:00 and 10:30. The 8:00 being a High Mass at which the Choir of St. John's school will sing The Mass of St. Barbara by Nemmers. Final Rites For Mrs. Richardson Held Wednesday Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Richardson, who died here parlv Sundav mornine. were held at Sattler Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Har old V. Mitchell officiated. Mrs. Marcia Davis played the organ. An early resident of eastern Nebraska, Mrs. Richardson had been making her home here with her daughter, Mrs. Joseph ine Davis. She was born April 30, 1863 at La Crosse, Wisconsin and died March 13, 1951 at the age of 88. Her husband died in 1904. Surviving besides her daugh ter, Mrs. Josephine Davis, are three grandchildren. Pallbearers were George For bes, Harvey Burke, James Bene dict, Cliff Shafer, Roy Covert and Norman Deles Denier.
