Minutes of the last session approved, when the following Business was transacted in reg ular form: On August 12, 1950 the County Sheriff, Thomas S. Solomon, filed a report of the collections on Distress Warrants, in com pliance with Sec- 77-17-19 R. S. Nebraska, as amended by the 1947 Legislature (Session Laws, 1947, Pages 847-8). Total amount collected in 1950. S9 909.73. County Treasurer Ruth Pat ton on August 12, 1950. as pro vided In L. B. 146. 1947 Session Laws, filed a list of collected Distress Warrants in the amount of $9660.62 and the amount re maining unpaid of $17,419.33. RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, it has been deter mined best to change the desig nation of certain countv funds in the 1950-1951 budget for Cass Countv. and. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is desir ous of providing for the alloca tion and distribution of said funds on an equitable basis, and of declaring the policy with re spect to the distribution and expenditure of certain other funds. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE SOLVED that the funds des ignated as the Cass County Road Fund in said budget shall con sist of gasoline taxes and motor vehicle taxes which were for merly deposited in the county highway fund and the drag fund respectively, together with mis cellaneous receipts and such fund shall be divided and dis tributed to the three commis sioner districts upon the per centage of county highway mile age exclusive of state and fed eral highways in each district, which the board hereby finds and declares to be as follows: District No. 1, 24 District No. 2, 31 District No. 3, 457c and the County Treasurer is hereby instructed to make such division of said funds upon re ceipt thereof; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Road Fund which consists of the balances remaining in the Farm to Mar ket Fund and Commissioner Dis tricts funds, together with monies to be received upon un paid taxes levied for sucn funds, shall be distributed to the com missioners districts as formerly, by crediting the same to the district fund from which the same were received, except that the County Treasurer is hereby instructed to pro-rate such un distributed balances and unpaid taxes as cannot be so allocatid to the Commissioners Districts upon the basis that the assessed valuation of each district bears to the total, which the board determines to be as follows: District No. 1, 29 7o District No. 2. 31 District No. 3, 40 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all money received by the County Treasurer for the Mail Route Fund be proportioned among the districts upon the percentage which the mail route mileage in each district bears to the total in Cass County, which percentages the board herebv determines to be as follows: District No. 1, 27 District No. 2, 33 District No. 3, 40 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it shall be the policy of the County Board to expend and contract lor expenditures of federal matching funds in the commissioners districts, upon the basis which the assessed valu ation in each district bears to the total assessed valuation in said county, which percentages the board hereby determines to be as follows: District No. 1, 29 District No. 2, 31 District No 3, 49 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it shall be the policy of the Board to allocate and expend the bridge fund in said county upon the basis which the bridgv footage in each commissioner dis trict bears to the total bridge footage in Cass county, after making deduction for the salary and expense of the county bridse crews which percentages the board hereby determines to be as follows: District No. 1. 23 District No. 2. 34 District No. 3. 43 Dated at Plattsmouth.
