Nebraska, Jure 19, 1950 The Cass County Board of Equalization met pursuant to adjournment. Present Parr Young, A. G. Reid and W. F. Nolte, county Commissioners, Geo R. Sayles County Clerk and W. H. Puis, County Assessor. Mr. C. W. Roberts of the Ro bers Construction Co.. of Lin coln. Nebr., met with the Board in connection with the assessed valuation to be made on the equipment and personal pro-. Eerty of his company at King j ill in Cass County for the year 1950. 1 Mr. Tom Smith, fieldman with the State Tax Commissioner's Office was also present. After some discussion and due consideration, without objection by the owner of the Roberts Construction Company, an as sessed valuation of $60,0000.00 was made by the Board for the year 1950- The members of the Board decided it would be necessary to make a trip out in the Coun ty for the Inspection of a few properties on which complaints had been filed and set Monday June 26th 1950 as the day to make the trip. The Board adjourned to meet on Monday, June 26th, 1950. Attest: Geo. R.
