Nebraska, held on the 3rd day of March 1950, at 7:30 p. m. there was introduced and placed on file, the Reso lution of Necessity, hereinafter set forth, which Resolution will be considered for passage by said Village Board at a meeting to be held at the regular meet ing place of said Village Board on the 23rd day of March, 1950 at 7:30 p. m., at which time and place owners of propertys sub ject to assessment for the cost of the improvements contem plated by said Resolution, may appear and make objections, if any they have, to said work, or to the passage of said Resolu tion, at which time said Resolu tion may be amended and pass ed, or passed as proposed, or re jected. Be it Resolved, by the Chair man and Board of Trustees of the Village of Murdock Nebras ka: 1. That it is deemed advisable and necessary for health and safety to pass this Resolution and to provide and construct a sanitary sewer system for the Village of Murdock. Nebraska. 2. That it is proposed to con struct sewer lines on or in the following streets and alleys: WTest Street 2nd to ' 4th Street. Wyoming Street 2nd to 4th and 2nd to County Highway. Kansas Street 2nd to 5th and 2nd to County Highway. Colorado Street 2nd to Coun ty Highway. Nebraska Street 3rd to Coun ty Highway. Alleys in Blocks 13, 18 19 and 12 from 3rd to 2nd street. 1st Street from Wyoming to Nebraska. 2nd Street from Nebraska to Outlet 3rd Street from Alley Block 13 to Nebraska Street. 4th Street from West Street to alley Block 18. Also to construct an Imhoff Sewage Treatment' Tank and Sludge Beds at or near the end of the outlet sewer, together ; with required manholes and , necessary appurtenances to : such sewer, treatment tank and sludge beds. To pay the costs of said im provements, the Village shall, after such work is completed and accepted, issue it's nego-: tiable bonds, to be known as sewer bonds. For the purpose of making partial payments as the work progresses, warrants may be is sued by the Village Board of Trustees, upon certificates of the Engineer in charge, showing the amount of work completed and material purchased and deliv ered, in the sum not to exceed 85 of the cost thereof, which warrants shall be redeemed and paid upon the sale of bonds to be issued aforesaid. 5. All of the above construc tion is to be done in accordance with the Engineer's plans and specifications therefor, now on file, which plans, specifications and estimate of cost are hereby approved and adopted and by reference made a part hereof. 6. The Engineer's estimate of cost of such improvements is $38,500.00. 7. Be it further resolved that the Village Board of the Village of Murdock, Nebraska, meet at 7:30 p .m. on March 23rd. 1950, at their regular place of meeting for the purpose of considering objections to the passage of this resolution and the making of these improvements, at which meeting this resolution may be amended and passed, or passed as proposed, or rejected. 8. Be it further resolved that the Village Clerk be and is hereby instructed to cause No tice of the pendency of this resolution to be published in the manner provided by law and the time for which said resolution will be considered for passage and objections heard. 9.
