Knecht attended the meeting of the Jelly Fairlnnders club at the home of Mrs. Gil Keller. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Wunder lich of Murray spent Sunday afternoon and evening with the F. J. Knechts. Donald Mcurey of Cozad, Neb., came Friday to spend a week at the Geo. Vogler home. On Sun day the Geo. Vogler family and Dcnald had supper with the Or ville Ccrdes family. Mr. and Mrs. Jason Streipht took W. J. O'Brien to the Lin coln General hospital Saturday for rbsrviiion and treatment. Viril Livers underwent a na sal operation Friday. He re turned hom Sunday and is get ting along fine. Mrs. Viril Livers spent Thursday and Friday night with Mrs. Ella Towle in Lincoln. Mrs. Towle accompanied her home and spent Saturday night and returned to her home Sunday. Jack Kuhn spent Saturday evening with the Wesley Smith family at Havelock. Mr. and Mrs. Willis Richards of Havelock spent Sunday aft ernocn with Dora Richards and family. Mr. and Mrs. Loran Vogel and Terry, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Vogel called on Mrs. Vogel at the hos pital several times last week. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Barney and daughter had dinner Sun day at the Glen Thiessen home. Afternoon callers were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Lackey and sons from Fremont. Saturday the Wynne Thiessen family of Ashland were supper guests. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh O'Brien spent Saturday visiting their daughter, Mrs. Tom Carnicle and family. Mrs. Geo. Vogel, who is at the Clarkson hospital is improving slowly.
