Shepherd, the father being a pioneer preacher in this part of the west, carrying the message of the faith of Christ to the then unsettled west, now the daugh ter is giving to the Mynard church the organ that can tell in the worderous message of music, the cause for which the father and mother labored for so many years. It is planned to have the members of the Shepherd family here for the formal re ception of the organ cn the ninieth anniversary, that they might witness the dedication of the organ to the memory of the pioneer pastor and his help mate. Rev. D. V. Herrick and the members of the congregation are planning an impressive ser vice for this occasion.
