Ships Cattle to the West of State Lee Sergeant, of Pacific Junc tion, who has been feeding a large amount of live stock in the local yards in the south part of the city, has cleaned up the feed yards here and shipped the stock to Grand Island, where Mr. Ser geant's brother has extensive feeding interests. Refund of Social Security Tax Refund of social security taxes paid on wages in excess of S3, 000 by workers is provided for in the Social Security Act. Joseph S. Sewail manager e.f the Lin coln field office of the Social Security Administration, pointed out this week. This provision is not too well understood by many wage earn ers and by some employers. If an employee is paid more than S3. 000 by a single employ er and deductions in excess of S30 per year are withheld, the ma.tter can be adjusted by the employer in his later reports.
