Cars driven by Eli Beck of Weepiny Water arid Mrs. Hlavac of Louisville were in a collision at the street intersection in Wa bash about 5:30 Friday evening. Neither of the two people were hurt seriously, almougn mrs. Hlavar received lacerations about the head and face. Mr. Runge is a veteran of World War II, having served I 45 months in the Army Air Forces, two years of which was sotnt in the European theater. Ivan Thomas received word Friday morning that his son, Os car and wife of Omaha were the pat ents of a son born at the Im manuel hospital last Friday. Sunday evening Tommie Zas lera went to the show. He was unable to stay awake through the show so went to sleep. When Jack McCarthy went to close up the building- for the night, he did not see Tommie asleep in the front row of seats. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Emshoff and family, Mrs. Dena Ruge and Frances went to help Maurice ruge celebrate his birthday Sun day.
