Section 3. Driving While Intox icated. Or Under 16 Years of Age No person shall operate any mo tor vehicle upon the public streets or allevs of this city while under the influence of any alcoholic liq uor or any drug, and no person under 15 years of age shall oper ate any motor vehicle unon the streets or allevs of this city. Mr. and Mrs. John Schutz of Plattsmouth and Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Spies and son, Gary of Venice, y California, were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Mrasek and Nancy Wednesday evening.
