The proposals, which have bepn discussed in the House of Lords. are desiened to relieve traffic con gestion in London. The famous squares, including Trafalgar ford Circus, would have the un derground storaee places excav ated and covered over so that the squares would retain their old characteristics in much the same manner as was done with Union Square in San Francisco. A new push-button traraee is under consideration for use in the auto parks. The invention involves the use of moving floors and the car is brought to the owner when he dials the number of his parkintr space.
