Some yielding as much as 35 bushels, while other' fields made as low as five bushels He states, however, that business is good and the two banks have deposit ed three million dollars, which is good for a town of less than 1500 population. At the public 6ale, held Saturday of the residence and farm of the late Mrs. Henry Gakemeier, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Peters purchased the residence in the- west part of Mur dock and Herman Gakemeier pur chased the SO acres offered.
