Hart, County Commissioners, Geo. R. Sayles, coun ty Clerk. Minutes of the last session ap proved, when the following business was transacted in regular form: OFFICIAL BOND of P. A. Jacob son, Justice of the Peace for Louis ville precinct, approved. " RESOLUTION of County Board Approving Withdrawal of Securities. Resolved, that whereas the depos its of this county in Farmers State Bank of Avoca do not now' exceed $28,93S.34 said bank is entitled to and is hereby permitter to withdraw the following securities held in es crow by First National Bank of Omaha, Nebr., (trustee) to secure deposits of this county in said bank, to-wit: One Village of Avoca, Nebr., Re funding Bond, No. 2, 3 1-2 percent, due 5-1-45 $1,000.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby instructed that the maximum amount of deposis to which said bank is entitled is thereby reduced and that the county deposits in said bank shall not exceed the Bum of ?2S,93S.3i until additional securi ties, approved by this board, have been deposited with said trustee as security for county deposits. Both are much pleased with the country as a. whole and the climatic conditions. They visited at Odessa, Texas, for the greater part ot the time where Dr. Ralph Rich, uncle of Miss Hough is located, also being at Midland, Texas, where Sgt. CHnton Nearhood is stationed in the air service. The ladies on the return trip came by way of St. Louis and there stopped for several hours and had a most pleasant time in viewing the city.
