First Aid Class linishes Study With Dr. Tyson us their insuue- Funeral of Mrs. Starkjohn The funeral services for Mrs. Theodore Starkjohn were held on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at the St. Taul's Evangelical and Reformed church of which Mrs. Starkjohn was long a member. The church was tilled with the old friends and neighbors of many years standing to pay their last tributes of respect to the departed pioneer resi dent. Rev. Willard Sherman, pastor of the church, gave the sermon and paid tribute to the memory of Mrs. Starkjohn and her long and useful life in the community. During the services Mrs. Otto Pitz and Mrs. Louise Klinger sang two of the old hymns, "Sometime We'll Understand" and "Face to Face," Mrs. Willard Sherman being the ac companist. The interment was at Oakhill cemetery beside the husband, old time family friends being pallbear ers, John Bergman, Louise Schiessl, Walter Weise, Adam Stoehr, George Torn, Frank Schiele. The Sattler funeral home had charge of the funeral arrangements.
