His condi tion remains quite serious, as Mr. Failey has been a sufferer of heart! disease for some time. UNDERGOES OPERATION Prom Saturday ran This morning at the St. Cather ine's hospital at Omaha, Rex Bourne of this city, was operated on for hernia. The patient stood the oper ation in fine shape and it is expected j that he may be able to return home j by Christmas or at least the last "of next week. Trerson of this city are the happy parents of a fine nine-pound daughter, born last eve ning at the St. Joseph hospital at Omaha. The mother and daughter are doing fine and the little one makes a son and daughter in the home. Mrs. Iverson was the former Miss Eleanor Hiber. TO AIX OUR FRIENDS NOTICE B. F. Wiles, of Amazonia. Missouri. arrived in the city Wednesday for a visit with his relatives and old friends. Mr. Wiles reports that the conditions in that part of Missouri have been very good in the past year.
