R. CASE Call 199 or 268-J EAGLE CAFE ROBBED From Wednesday's Dally Sheriff Joe Jlrasek was out at Eagle today, called by a breakin at the Eagle cafe some time during the night or early morning. The parties had made their way into the cafe by prying open a window that gave them access to the main room of the cafe. The breakin was discovered this morning as the cafe opened for busi ness and as far as could be ascertain ed there was a small quantity of candy and cigarettes taken. ATTENDS DISTRICT MEETING Dr. Leonard Fitch. local optome trist, was in Omaha Monday evening where he delivered an address be fore the Omaha district Association of Optometrists, held at the Hotel Fontenelle. Dr. Fitch had as his sub ject "The Psychology of Vision" or "How We See." Dr. Fitch has long been a, very active figure in hi.-? field in both the state and national associations of optometrists. Oct. 2T (UP) The state board of control said today it may ask Nebraska counties to in crease amounts paid for keeping in mates in state insane hospitals from $10.10 to $22.00 a month "because of advanced costs." The board explained that the pres ent cost of keeping an inmate in two of the three state hospitals was about $22.
