TO PP.0EE AUTO DEATHS The deliberatfons of the coroner's jury, called by Walter H. Smith, county attorney of Cass county, at 1:30 a. m. Friday at the scene of the tragic accident near Louisville, have been adjourned by him for ap proximately a week awaiting suffi cient recovery of the three occu pants of the Daniels car now at the University hospital. This will fur ther enable the offices of the county attorney and county sheriff to com plete a thorough investigation of said matter and give to the coroner's jury all information available. The county attorney and sheriff have both given their assurance that this tragic accident would be fully and thoroughly investigated and such ac tion taken as the evidence warrant ed. The members of the coroner's jury are Richard Livingston. Henry Davis, La Hue Williams, Eric Davis, Wil liam Kahler, and Herbert Eager, all of Louisville. Dr Corps to State Convention at Hastings YOUR PATRONAGE SOLICITED OMAHA, July 28 (UP) The con dition of the three persons injured in the two-car accident near Louis ville Saturday morning, today was reported "j?ood." The University of Nebraska hospital doctors said that Gerald Daniels, Plattsmouth, Delbert Hobbs, Plattsmouth, and Miss Cassel Blevins, Nebraska City, all were "in good condition." Four persons were killed in the accident in which the three were injured.
