A county council of local citizens to look after interests of farm, fam ilies in Cass county with rehabili tation loans and to interpret local re habilitation problems is soon to be announced for this county, accord ing to Leonard Hanks, rehabilitation supervisor for Farm Security Admin istration. Such councils are being established throughout the country by the Department of Agriculture, and the department approves ap pointments of council members. The new county council here will be made up of substantial citizens who are known to have the interests of local farmers at heart and who are in sympathy with the self-help program of rehabilitation loans car ried on by the FSA.
