Christmas Greeting
to Our Patrons
Merry Christmas, to you all. This is
probably our last greeting to you before
the holiday season is upon us. We have |
all had great reason to rejoice in the en- i
joyment of splendid health, large prosper
ity and in a hopeful future. We have
prepared to help you in your holiday cele
brations and now urge you to do your
shopping early, and so far as possible, in
the morning. The rush will be on the last
days before Christmas, and we will be
unable to give you that attention which
you wish and which is so helpful in your
selections. Finding that our room was
too limited to display a complete assort
me lit of Toys, we have cut out most
of the bulky items, and are giving much
more attention to more strictly Dry Goods
lines. You w ill find our stocks very strong
in those articles that are more staple and
such as you need every day for the decora
tion of your homes and for personal uses.
We are making the lowest prices on some
important lines of wear we have ever J
made before January first. The unusually
warm fall has caused the demand to be
lighter than we anticipated, and now we |
find that we have too much of these items I
on hand. I'he cost to you now represents j
a saving so manifest that you w ill under- I
stand at once the money-saving features t
of our offerings. i]
We thank you for your splendid sup
port during the year igoK. Not thinking
that our sales of 1007 could be increased,
you have spontaneously concentrated your
patronage w ith us, resulting in an unexpec
ted increase in our business this year. We
shall endeavor to continue to merit your
good w ill and support during 1000.
