The appointment of Judges Sullivan. Faucett, Root and Rose to till the new positions created on the bench, no doubt, will be quite generally approved. Judge Sul livan has served on the supreme court bench and was considered a good judge; Root is at present, a commissioner, and Faucett and Rose were men of acknowledged legal qualifications. But one month more remains of Governor Sheldon's term of office, and no doubt this one act is more impor tant than any other which he will be called upon to do. Time will either approve or disapprove his judgment. 9 JeKvelry—the Gift of Gifts Advance Shopping All you people know the benefits of early looking.
