J. A. Martin and wife entertalnnd on
Friday evening the pupils of the 7th
and 8th grades of our school. The
party was the redemption of a promise
given on condition that any grades of
lliu grammar department who should
present a record of ono months attend
ance tit school with no tardy marks
were to bo entertained. The two
grades mentioned succeeded in making
four weeks clean record. Each pupil
was permitted to invite one friend.
The evening was passed with u variety
of entertaining and Instructive games.
The guests departed at a late hour
voting the entertainment a success and
with the effort put forth.
