The other day Elias Meyers , Norman Musselman and a gentle man from over the Kansas line went fishing. They had a fine afternoon , enjoyed the outing and a very successful catch. All went well until on the way home r the bolt came ont of the tongue and the wheels managed to tickle the heels of the firey steeds and away they went at a merry gait. The occupants were thrown from the buggy and Mr. Meyers was quite badly bruised up. The I team was stopped in front of Simanton and Pence's. They lay all the trouble to the gentle 1 man from Kansas for it seems as though a Kansan can't stand Ne braska water.
