Rev. Elmer Ward Cole wil
deliver his popular lecture en
titled "The Fight of Life"at
the First Christian church on the
evening of January 3 , 1907. Ad
mission , reserved seats 35 cents
all others 25 cents.
There will be a congregationa
meeting and a roll call of the
membership of the church on the
evening of December 31 , 1906
beginning promptly at 7:30. : Re
ports of the church treasurer
clerk , minister and the variou
societies of the church for th
year 1'JOd , will be given at tha
time. There will be a progran
consisting of addresses , recita
tions and music , after which re
freshments will be served. Every
member of the congregation is
earnestly requested to be presenter
or send the minister on a postal
card a passage of scripture to be

lunch.
