Rush Sale.
'rIm mortgage sale of Dr.Rushs
goods was held Saturday after-
noon. All of his professional library -
brary , drugs , instruments and
other personal property were
aucTIoncd in approved style by
Sheriff Hossack. The total sum
realized : l from the > sale , including
what was received from the sale
of his horse and buggy was S243.
The mortgage was held by O.
R Rush of Cass County a half
brother , and was for $600.00. A
great deal of the property included -
ed in the mortgage was sold by
Dr. Rush and some of it was tak-
cn away by him. Young Hush
who will loose several hundred
dollars through the conduct of
the doctor refuses to entertain
any suggestion looking to the
prosecution of his half brpthcr.

tral team there Saturday. Time
Hiawatha boys claim : Falls City
ran in a lot of outsiders on them ,
only four boys all the team being
central school students. Time

tha boys are sure they would have
beaten if they had a fair dcal.--
