to a telegram received here to
day by Frank Harrison Con
gressman Norris talk which it is
believed will be upon his attitude
toward reciprocity will follow
that of Secretary of Agriculture
James Wilson the latter having
accepted an invitation to speak
here Tuesday September 5 The
Iowa member of President Tafts
cabinet it is said has also in
dicated that he would talk in sup
port of the reciprocity measure

Caught Diamond Thief
Tuesday afternoon a young
woman engaged in looking at
some diamonds in Suttons jew
elry store appropriated one of
the sparkling gems but was call
ed down by Clerk Earl Smith and
compelled to give up the stone
The woman was not known to Mr
Smith who was waiting upon her
She at first denied having the
stone but Mr Smith would not
be refused and took the gem
from her No action was taken
