Boston gTVit ARE MICROBES IN YOUR SCALP It Has Been Proved that Microbes Cause Baldness Professor Unna of Hamburg Ger many and Dr Sabourand the lehriing French dermatoloptist discovered that a microbe causes baldnesd Their theory has time and again been amply verified through research experiments carried on under the observation of eminent scientists This microbe lodges in the Sebum which is the uatuial hair oil and when lermitted to flourish it destroys the hair follicles and in time the pores entirely close and the 6calp gradually takes on a shiny appearance When this happens there is no hope of the growth of hair being revived Dandruff is a contagious disease which is largely due to a destructive microbe which when left to pursue its course causes itching scalp falling hair and baldness Dandruff is caused by the microbe affecting the glands which produce the sebaceous matter which latter then unnaturally dries up and scales off We have a remedy which will we honestly believe remove dandruff ex terminate the microbe promote good circulation in the scalp and around the hair roots tighten and revitalize the hair roots and overcome baldness so long as there is any life left in the roots We back up this statement with our own personal guarantee that this reme dy called Eexall 93 Hair Tonic will be supplied free of all cost to the user if it fads to do as we state It will frequently restore gray and faded hair to its original color providing loss of color has been caused by disease yet it is in no sense a dye Rexall 93 Hair Tonic accomplishes these results by making every hair root follicle and pigment gland strong and active and by stimulating a natural flow of color ing pigment throughout tho hair cells Rexall 93 Hair tonic is entirely free from grease or Walter Wellman who alleges that Dr Cook is a fraud Maybe But who vouches for Walter State wide prohibition was conclus ively defeated in Alabama but county and local option will take up the tem perance work quite as effectively Next to tho selling of liquors in evil resorts tho social booze clubs demand tho attention of those favoring bettor conditions in our citys life If as is claimed there is no law on the books to reach these orders or clubs such laws or ordinances should be demanded No social order or club should be allowed liberties denied to the saloons in the matter of days and hours This grow ing and irresponsible consumption of liquors outside the pale of law or con trol is a menace that good government should frown upon effectively Law enforcement is first and primari ly the sworn duty of every one elected to official position especially those chosen to executive office and second ly and incidentally the duty of all good and law abiding citizens It is admit ted by observant and sympathetic peo ple that one of the weak lines in our government is the failure of faithful just and courageous enforcement of our laws by those elected and paid to per form that duty This truth holds good in all departments and degrees of gov ernment It is an open question wheth er this country needs more laws or more honestearnest and effective enforcement and administration of its present laws Officials are easily swerved from their duty by fear of loss of business or other equally trivial considerations hence it should be the part of wisdom for the people to nominate and elect those with sufficient stamina and principle to do their duty And this reminds us that the greatest difficulty is not to en force the law but to overcome the re luctance and disinclination and often the refusal of the executive to do this duty Residence For Sale Wishing to move to Colorado I desire to sell my residence 900 1st street east at once H L Kennedy Ladles Graves is an expert on
