authorized to have advertisements on city sprinkling wagon in lieu of painting the wagon City treasurer was instructed to pro vide city attorney with list of 190S de linquents in occupation tax Law That Bumped Omaha S F 283 by Wiltse of Cedar To amend section 1 3 chapter 00 compiled statutes of the state of Nebraska for the year 1907 to read as follows Section li Every person who shall sell or give away any malt spirituou3 or vinous liquors or any intoxicating Qrioks on the day of any general special or primary election or at any time during the first days of the week commonly called Sunday or at any time upon any week day after the hour of S oclock p m and before the hour of 7 oclock a m of the following dav shall forfeit ana pay for every such of fense the sum of 100 and bis licensa shall be forfeited and cancelled by the board granting tho same forthwith whether such person convicted shall appeal therefrom or not Section 2 That section 11 chapter 50 compiled statutes of the
