What has he done Almost contiuuuosly
trbm the beginning of his tern to the

fostered vice and immorality in our city
This ia a matter of common knowledge
and court record Further when tho
raid on the houses of ill fume was made
last September and the law breaking
wajs brought to light he refused to give
sympathy or help in the prosecution of
these cases and by force of public opin
ion was compelled to discharge his own
public officers Now in thebe days he
is seeking to win votes by advocating
that it was a shame to have these prose
cutions and to incur so much expense to
the county but according to the state
ment of the county attorney not a cent
of cost has fallen to the county but that
750 has been put into the treasury It
is a matter of court record on the other
band that because these houses have
been allowed to run that the county in
the last two years has paid 8131945 as
cost in one case where no moral issue
was at stake Does such administration
