ward of fifteen neighbors on each floor
will probably hear all four national
candidates talking in high metallic
notes at the same time in different
parts of his house
Of course the presidential and vice
presidential candidates of both parties
will be the great headliners of the
campaign Mr Taft will have to do
more work in this connection than he
had desired or planned owing to the
breakdown to some extent In the
health of his running mate James S
Sherman Mr Tafts campaign will
be given increased interest it is
thought if President Roosevelt will
do what it has been hinted he will do
that is take the stump himself for
Taft in the west and middle west Mr
Bryan will fulfill many speaking en
gagements in various cities
Next to Bryan and Kern the two
leading Democratic campaign speakers
will be Mayor James C Dahlman of
Omaha known as the cowboy may
or ami Senator Gore of Oklahoma

ver that at his mention of the name
of Bryan the delegates burst into a
frenzy of applause and a demonstra

district Mr Cordeal is a pleasant man
and if elected would no doubt creditably
fill the place However it is a fact
that Mr Cordeal is yet a young man
and can wait Hon John Gammill is
an old man Has ever been faithful to
the Republican party The party owes
him some favor He is eminently qual
ified for state senator and should be
supported by the Republicans of the
district
