approved
The board having made a careful examination
of the accounts of E J Wilcox county clerk
finds tliat he has recoived as fees from January
3 1905 to Juno 30 1905 both inclusive 5120530
Petition of Eugeno S Dutchor and others ask
ing for the establishment of a public road was
read nnd considered The board finds that all
owners of land along line of proposed road have
given consent thereto in writing On motion
same was granted establishing a public road as
follows Commencing at the bouthwest corner
of section 27 township 3 range 27 running
thence north one mile on bection line to inter
sect mad No 99 Said road to bo 40 feet in
width and vacating the road on hnlf section
lino of section 28 township 3 range 27 and clerk
was instructed to notify overseer of highways to
open said road
