ILLEGAL CORPORATIONS
President Action In Enforcing Law
AciiliiHt f liom
Northwestern ChriHtiun Advocate
Sept 20
In holding large corporations to
strict accountability to the law the
president is serving the best interests
of those corporations as well as con
serving the welfare of the country All
corporation which are operating on an
unlawful basis should be compelled to
conform to the law If they cannot or
will not they should go out of busi
ness This some have been forced by
Iho lawless conduct of their promoters
and operators to do to the great loss
of their stockholders Many formerly
wealthy men are now broken in fort
une because corporations with which
they were connected were formed and
operated In violation of law l ue i
tion of the president in enforcing tin
law would prevent not promote such
losses
One of the crying needs of Ameri
ca today is such respect for tbo laws
of the nation as the president has
shown lie did not make he laws but
it is his duty to obey them He has
set an example which every citizen
should lollow If that be done we
shall hear no more of mobs breaking
into jails defying police and militia
and hanging or burning prisoners sus
pected or convicted of crime and burn
ing property in a wild frenzy of disor
der and lawlessness

ARGUMENT
All the argument in the world wont convince a man
that any certain political or national policy is a good
thing half as quick as a ten per cent advance in his
wages under that same policy A mans pocket book
is the one portion of his anatomy you must reach if
you want to convince him that your argument is good
We might argue through a newspaper every day for a year that the
NEBRASKA SPECIAL SUITS for men we are selling for 1000
are as good as any 81500 suit to be found anywhere We sell them for
1000 But when you bump up against one that somebody else has
bought of us and compare it with your SI500 suit youd say that
Our Newspaper Argument is Sound
Send for samples of these suits
Youl save a five dollar note on
your purchase
