known here and universally liked and

of the Presbyterian church and a promi
nent worker in the Christian Endeavor
and was greatly missed when he left
Most of our farmers are very busy
digging beets this week There is a
great deal of interest taken in the beet
industry and the fanners around here
are making a success of it Mr Ewel
