Notice is lioroby given that there will bo a
special meeting of the county commitsioners of
Hod Willow county Nebraska at tho county
clerks office on Monday tho 16th day of Decem
ber 1001 at 0 oclock a m for tho purpose of
appointing a county judge to fill tho vacancy
caused by tho death of G S Bishop for approv
ing official bonds auditing claims and such
other business as may bo lawfully brought bo
fore said board

Whereupon the following motion was made by
D A Waterman soconded by Maurice Reddy
and unanimonsly carried and C E Eld red de
clared appointed county judge to fill vacancy
caused by the death of G S Bishop
It appearing that G S Bishop- late county
judge of Red Willow county has died and that
tho office of county judge of said county is now
vacant and that it is tho duty of tho board
of county commissioners of said county to
select and appoint a qualified person to fill such
position Ithorofore move that C E Eldrcd of
McCook Nebraska bo appointed county judge
of Red Willow county Nebraska to hold such
office until his successor shall be elected and
qualified
