After about five years of litigation and delay , Mrs. Msr aret Oyster on Tuesday of this weekreceived a draft in payment of her suit for damage against the Bur lington on account of the fatal injury of her husband at Holdrege , about five years since. Winning her case in the court at Holdrege and again in the su preme court , which decided the applica tion for a re-hearing , last week , there was nothing left the company to do butte to pay , which they did , close of last week.
