HOW TO FIND OUT
Fill a bottle or common glass with urine and
et it stand twenty-four honrs ; a sediment or
ettling indicates an unhealthy condition of the
: idneys. When urine stains linen it is posi-
ive evidence of kidney trouble. Too frequent
lesire to urinate or pain in the back is also
onvincing proof that the kidneys and bladder
re out of order.

WHAT TO DO.

xpressed , that Dr. Kilmer's Swamp Root , the

inpleasant necessity of being compelled to
; et up many times during the night to urinate.
The mild and the extraordinary effect of
iwamp-Root is soon realized. It stands the
ijghest for its wonderful cures of the most
iistrsssing cases. If you need a medicine you
