Hon. D. T. Welty , Judge of the District court
of Red Willow county , Nebraska , on the 2nl

at the rate of seven per cent. per annum , payable
able semi-annually , and ten per cent. after ,
maturity. The plaintiff { is the owner and
holder of said note and mortgage having pur-
chased the same before maturity thereof , lora
valuable consideration , in the ordinary course
of business , from the said Nebraska and Kan
sas Farm Loan Co. ; that default has been made
in the payments of the amounts due upon I
said note and mortgage and l there is now due
to the plaintiff from the estate of Marion B. I j
Brown , deceased , and Mary A. Brown , the
sum of $250 , with interest thereon at ten per
cent. from October 1st , 1892. Plaintiff prays
that the defendants may be required to pay
the same , or that said premises be sold
according to law and the proceeds applied in
satisfaction of the amount so found due the I
plaintiff , with interest and costs of suit ; and
that the defendants and each of them ,
may be forever barred and foreclosed of and
