Oakley is accepted. On motion James C. Oakley is appointed to operate and superintend the poor house of Red Willow county forone year from this date , unless sooner removed by the county commissioners - sioners of said county' . On motion it is ordered that the county com- nrissioners of Red \Villo ; county enter into a contract with James C. Oakley for the operation - tion of the poor house of said county and for the care and maintenance of the inmates of said poor house ; whereupon an agreement was made and entered into , by and between Red \Villow county and James C. Oakley. It appearing from the petition of J. 11. Holland in the year 1839 , was erroneously taxed in Indianola city when it should have een taxed in Indianola pre- duct , on motion the clerk was directed to correct - rect the error.
