SI'ECISIEN CASES.
S. Ii. Clifford , New Cassel , Wisconsin , was
troubled with neuralgia and rheumatism , his
stomach was disordered , his liver was affected
to an alarming degree , appetite fell away , and

from a severe illness of over three weeks

They have a new boy baby at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill in North Mc-
Cook , this week.
Engineer C. B. Godwin is down from
Sheridan , Wyoming , on a visit to his
many McCook friends.
The earnings of the great Santa Fe
system for 1894 show a decrease of two
million dollars over those of 1893.
$ x50,000 will be invested by interested
railroads in a union depot at St. Joseph ,
to replace the one recently destroyed by
fire.
Mesdames C.V. . Bronson and F. A.
Pennell left , first of the week , for Ains
worth , Iowa , on a visit to Mrs. Bronson's
mother.
Lena Coy was down from Denver , close
of last week , guest of Nellie Brown. She
reports that the family will soon return
to Holdrege to live.
The B. & M. hotel changed hands ,
last Monday , the new landlord , Mr.
Bolton and his family being duly in-

Engineer and Mrs. J. W. Holliday
spent the early part of the week visiting
in Denver , together with the relatives
who have been theirguests'for the past
few weeks.
A freight engine on the B. & M. , Monday -
day night , lost a tire off from one of the
drivers , and the engineer built a fire
under the machine and made repairs.-
Fort Morgan Times.
Fireman William Koll went down
to Republican City , close of past week ,
to fire for Pap Neelings , and Fireman
Henderson returned to McCook. Koll
gets the place deserted by Al. Avery.
Engineer G. R. Johnson and Conductor
C.V. . Bronson left on 2 , this morning ,
for Omaha , to take to the Shriner's
gathering in the metropolis. Mr. Johnson -
son will go from there over into Iowa on
a visit.
A gang of check-raisers followers the
Union Pacific railroad company's pay
car , last month , and the company has
been mulcted a number of thousand dollars -
lars as a result of their daring operations
with acid and pen.
C. D. Kenady's baby fell off the porch ,
on Monday evening , and at first it was
I thought to have sustained a fracture of
a the arm. The doctor discovered that
the muscles lead been torn from their
sheath , and the little one will soon be
0. K. again.
Clarence Blodgett , a nephew of Thos.
Sharp , arrived a few days ago from
Moorfield , Indiana , and has accepted
permanent employment with the B. &
M , railway company. . . .As is their castor -

Burlington folks this week increased
their section force which numbers four

Station Agent Morrissey tried to flag
No. 8o with a stirring plow. The experiment -
periment will cost him two dollars and

15th , haul seed grain free of charge from
all points on their lines east of the Missouri -
souri river to points in Gosper , Furnas
Frontier , Red Willow , Hayes , Hitchcock ,
Chase and Dundy counties , in cases only
where the grain is to be given to the

grain is to be placed on shares , or where
it is to he paid for by the farmers in casher

One of the worst railway accidents in
history occurred near the City of Mexico -

INCORPORATION NOTICE.
I. Notice is hereby given of the incorporation -
tion under the laws of the state of Nebraska ,
of a company known as The National Park
Gold Mining , Milling and Development
Company.
2. The principal oftice of the company is at
McCook , Nebraska ; the working plant of the
company and its mines are located in Fremont
county , Wyoming.
3. The general nature of the business is the
locating , purchasing , developing and owning
mining property and mills , and equipment for
operating the same , and for treating the ores
therefrom.
4. The capital stock of said company is
$50,000.00 , fully paid and non-assessable.
5. The existence of the corporation began
February 25th , 1895 , and will continue twenty
years.
6. The highest amount of indebtedness to
which this corporation may subject itself is
$20,000.00.
7. The affairs of the corporation are to be
conducted by a board of five directors , chosen
by the stockolders. The directors elect from
their own number a president , secretary and
treasurer.
