Riper et al., as defendants, for the sum of three hundred and seventy-three dollars (8373) and seventy-two (72) cents, and costs taxed at 826.18, and accruing costs. And co-defendant E. E. Atwater on his cross petition obtained a decree for the sum of 3320.47; and co-defendant Joel A. Piper on his cross petition obtained a decree for the sum of 3241.25.
