et al., as defendants, for the sum of One Hun
dred Three [S103.17J Dollars, and Seventeen
Cents, and costs taxed at $51.73, and accruing
costs. I have levied upon the following real
estate taken as the property ol said defendant

west quarter of the south east quarter, and the
south east quarter of the southwest quarter, of
section 18, and the north east quarter of the
