On motion the following claims were audit
ed and allowed and the clerk directed to draw
warrants on county general fund levy of 1893
as follows to-wit:
Sidney Dodge, salary for the fourth
quarter of 1893. $200.00
Frank Allam, annual settlement dis
trict No. 25 . 24.95
On motion the following officers were ap
pointed to fill vacancies:

James H. Everist, justice Danbury precinct.
On motion the following official bond was
approved:
James H. Everist, justice Danbury precinct.
Moved and carried that the action of this
board, taken on December 23d, 1893, granting
the petition of Andrew Carson et al. for road
No. 282, be reconsidered. On further conside
ration the board find that the commissioner
appointed to examine the route petitioned for
by Andrew Carson et al., and known as road
No. 282, made no report in writing, and for
other reasons the location of said road on De
cember 28th was illegal. Therefore, on motion
the petition of Andrew Carson et al.. known
as road No. 282, is rejected, and clerk directed
to notify the road overseers and any other in
terested parties of this action. Mr. Ryan vot
ing no on question of reconsideralion and re
jection.
On motion board continued examination of
treasurer’s accounts during the day.
On motion board adjourned to meet, Janua
ry 11th, 1894.
