instrument purporting to be the last w'lll and
testament of John D. Gerver, deceased, also
the petition of Joshua Gerver praying that
said will be admitted to probate, and that the
said Joshua Gerver be appointed executor of
the same.
Ordered, that October20,1893, at one o’clock
p. m.. is assigned for said hearing, when all
persons interested in said matter may appear
at a county court to be held in said county
and show cause—if any exist—why said will
should not be admitted to probate as the last
will and testament of said John D. Gerver,
deceased, and why the said Joshua Gerver
should not be appointed executorof the same.
And that notice of the pendency of said order
and the hearing thereof be given to al I persons
interested in said matter by publishing acopr
