the object and prayer of which are to fore
close a certain mortgage executed June 3d,
1886. by the defendant Ance Shrater, to the
plaintiff upon the following described real
estate, to-wit: The south half of the southwest
quarter of sectoia number fourteen (14). in
township number two (2) north, range number
twenty-nine (29) west, in Bed Willow county,
Nebraska, to secure his eleven promissory
notes, one note for $150, due May 31st, 1891,
and ten coupon interest notes of $7.50 each,
the first note of said series of ten interest
coupon notes maturing November 1st, 1886,
and one note maturing every six months
thereafter until the maturity of the last note
of said series often notes maturing May 1st.
1891; that there is now due the plaintiff on
said notes and mortgage the sum of $200.27,
with interest thereon at the rate of ten per
cent per annum from November 1st. 1889;
that the defendants be required to pay said
amount and interest, or that said premises be
sold to satisfy the amount found due and
costs of suit.

close a certain mortgage executed August
17th. 1888. by the defendants Edward Fitzger
ald and Mary A. Fitzgerald, to the plumtiff,
upon the following described real estate, to
wn: The west naif of the northwest quarter
and the west haif of the southwest quarter
of section numbet thirty-one 1311. in township
number two (2) north, range number twenty -
six (‘J6J west, in Ked Willow county, state of
Nebraska, to secure their eleven promissory
notes, one note for $500, due August 6th, 1893,
and ten coupon interest notes of $17.50 each,
the first note of said series of ten interest
coupon notes maturing February 1st. 1889,
and one note maturing every six months
thereafter until the maturity of the last note
of said series of ten notes, maturing August
1st. 1^93; that there is now due the plaintiff on
said notes and mortgage the sum of $678.68,
with interest thereon at the rate of ten per
cent per annum from August 17tb, 1888; that
the deferdants be required to pay said amount
and interest, or that said premises be sola to
satisfy the amount found due aud costs of
6uit.
You are required to answer said petition on
or before Monday, the 11th day of September,
1893.

Hartford Theological Seminary, a corporation
incorporated under the laws of the state of
Connecticut, plaintiff herein, has filed its pe
tition in the District Court of Red Willow
county, Nebraska, against said defendants,
the object and prayer of which are to fore
close a certain mortgage executed August
28th, 1884, by the defendant Stephen C. Perry
to the plaintiff, upon the following described
real estate, to-wit: The northwest quarter of
section number fourteen (14). in township
number one (1) north, range number twenty
nine (29) west, in Red Willow county, Nebras
ka, to secure the payment of his ten promis
sory notes, one for three hundred dollars due
August 22nd, 1889, one coupon interest note
for eighteen dollars, one for twenty-seven dol
lars, and seven lor flfteeu dollars each; the
first one of said nine coupon interest notes
maturing April 1st, 1885, and one maturing
every six months thereafter, until the matu
rity of the la6t of said nine notes, which ma
tured April 1st, 1889. That there is now due
upon said notes and mortgage, including the
amount of taxes on said premises paid by
plaintiff, the sum of $387.17, with interest
thereon at the rate of ten per cent per annum
from the 1st day of October. 1888, and plaintiff
prays that the defendants be required to pay
the amount due upon said notes and mort
gage. or that said premises may be sold to
satisfy said amount, with interest and costs of
suit.

of Ked Willow county, Nebraska, on the 20tli
day of October, 1892, in favor of J. Lowell I
Moore. Trustee, as plaintiff, and against; Wil
liam Kelph et al. as defendants, for the sum
of four hundred and fifteen [$415,051 dollars
and five cents, and costs taxed at $34.38. and
accruing costs; I have levied upon the follow
ing real estate taken as the property of said 1
defendants to satisfy said judgment to-wit:
The east half of the southeast quarter and the
northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
section twenty-five (25) in township one (1)
north of range thirty (301 west of 6th P. M. in
Ked Willow county, Nebraska. And will offer
the same for sale to the highest bidder for cash
m band on the 4th day of September. A. D.,
1893, in front of the south door of the court
house in Indianola. Nebraska, that being the
building wherein the last term of court was
held at the hour of one o’clock. P. M., of said
day. when and where due attendance will be
given by the undersigned.
