A New Table Utensil. The pusher is a table utensil with whose use the majority of bachelors may be unfamiliar , for it is used only by small children. Henderson is visiting at home and en joying himself with the rest of the girls. The homo of P. E. Connor was made happy a short time since by the entrance of another member. Joseph Saunders has decided not to move farther west , but to try farming again in Red Willow county. Last Wednesday evening the neighbors al gathered at the residenceof Mr.and Mrs. J. M Henderson. Music and literary exercises wore the program of the evening. Candy and pop corn in abundance were passed around.About forty persons were present and everybody re ports an enjoyable time. The North Divide literary had a very inter esting debate , last Friday evening. The ques tion was "Resolved , that a good marketwould be of greater benefit to this question than ir rigation. " The judges decided in favor of the negative. The debate showed how interested the people are in the subject of irrigation The question for next Friday evening is "Re solved , that the President of the United States should be elected by a direct vote of the pee ple.
