On motion the county treasurer was directed
to redeem the following described lands , same
having been sold at tax sale on the third dny
of January , 1889. viz : N. Vt 8. W. & 18-3-28 and
Vf.4 N.V. . J 1-1-30 same having been erroneously - '
neously assessed for the year 1888.
